When collecting personal information from you through this website the Dunedin City Council shall comply with the Privacy Act 1993. The Dunedin City Council will only collect and use personal information provided by you for the purpose of providing a Kitchen Link Service, introducing persons who have commercial kitchens for hire to persons who wish to use a commercial kitchen, except with your consent or as otherwise authorised by law. You are entitled to access the personal information the Dunedin City Council holds about you and ask for any details that are wrong to be corrected. We may disclose the information to persons who have a commercial kitchen for hire or to persons who wish to use a commercial kitchen but otherwise we will not disclose it to third parties without your consent.
