1. the suitability of the User to use the Owner's premises;
2. the suitability of the Owner's premises for the User; or
3. the suitability of the Sample Kitchen Link Agreement for the User and the Owner in their particular circumstances.
The Sample Kitchen Link Agreement is provided only as a guide to alert the User and Owner to the matters that could be provided for in the agreement they negotiate for themselves. It is recommended that the User and Owner take their own legal advice.
The Dunedin City Council does not advise either the User or Owner and accepts no liability arising from any agreement that the User and Owner may negotiate or from any failure to negotiate agreement.
